The Schools Division Office of Valenzuela City conducted the Capacity Building on DULOG at HAKBANG: Strengthening Pedagogical Approaches in Values Education and Child Protection Advocacy, spearheaded by Dr. Loreta L. Salvador, Education Program Supervisor, on August 31, 2026, to equip Values Education teachers with strengthened pedagogical approaches and deepen their commitment to child protection advocacy.
